Descrição de Vaga: PMO SAP (Agile) Projeto Internacional (Híbrido)Descrição Geral:Estamos em busca de um(a) PMO SAP (Agile) altamente capacitado(a) para atuar em um projeto internacional presencial. Este(a) profissional será responsável por apoiar a gestão de projetos complexos, com foco em metodologias ágeis, garantindo o alinhamento estratégico, a execução eficaz e o cumprimento de metas estabelecidas. É essencial que o(a) candidato(a) possua sólida expertise em SAP, experiência em projetos globais e inglês fluente para interação com equipes internacionais.

Principais Responsabilidades:Fornecer suporte na gestão de projetos SAP utilizando metodologias ágeis, garantindo entregas no prazo e dentro do escopo e orçamento. Facilitar reuniões de planejamento, daily scrums, revisões e retrospectivas, promovendo a colaboração entre stakeholders. Monitorar e reportar o progresso do projeto, identificando riscos e propondo soluções para mitigar impactos.

Gerenciar cronogramas, custos, recursos e indicadores-chave de desempenho (KPIs) do projeto. Garantir a comunicação eficaz entre equipes globais e stakeholders em diferentes fusos horários. Auxiliar na governança do projeto, garantindo aderência aos processos internos e boas práticas do mercado.

Manter a documentação do projeto atualizada e organizada, incluindo planos, status reports e lições aprendidas. Atuar como ponto focal entre as equipes técnicas de SAP e o time de negócios, garantindo a entrega de valor contínuo. Requisitos:Experiência comprovada como PMO ou Gerente de Projetos em projetos SAP, preferencialmente em iniciativas internacionais.

Conhecimento avançado em SAP e experiência prática com módulos funcionais ou técnicos. Experiência sólida com metodologias ágeis (Scrum, SAFe ou similares) e certificações (PSM, CSM, ou equivalente) são diferenciais. Habilidade para gerenciar múltiplos stakeholders em ambientes multiculturais e multifuncionais.

Experiência com ferramentas de gestão ágil, como Jira, Confluence ou similares. Inglês fluente (oral e escrito) para interações diárias com times internacionais. Fortes habilidades analíticas, organizacionais e de resolução de problemas.

Certificação PMP e/ou experiência com metodologias híbridas é um diferencial.
