Contexto da Vaga

Estamos expandindo nossa presença junto a Single Family Offices, Multi Family Offices, Wealth Managers, Private Banks e distribuidores de investimentos
 em todo o Brasil. Buscamos um(a) 
Associate de Sales
 com perfil comercial estruturado, forte capacidade analítica e maturidade relacional para representar a eB Capital em interações presenciais e remotas com investidores qualificados.

Responsabilidades

  • Desenvolver e executar o plano de cobertura comercial para 
    Family Offices, MFOs, Wealth, FoF, distribuidores e agentes autonomos
    , priorizando regiões e perfis de investidores.
  • Conduzir 
    reuniões presenciais e roadshows
    , apresentando as teses, estratégias e fundos da eB Capital.
  • Estabelecer e fortalecer relacionamentos contínuos, compreendendo objetivos de alocação e perfis de patrimônio dos investidores.
  • Traduzir narrativas de investimento em mensagens adequadas aos diferentes públicos, com precisão técnica e clareza.
  • Trabalhar em conjunto com o time de IR na preparação de materiais (teasers, apresentações, follow-ups e Q&As).
  • Registrar e atualizar informações de relacionamento e pipeline no 
    Salesforce
    .
  • Apoiar processos de 
    onboarding e diligência
     de investidores (documentação, compliance, suitability e fechamento).
  • Representar a eB Capital em 
    eventos, fóruns de mercado e conferências
    , ampliando a presença institucional no ecossistema de alta renda.
  • Monitorar tendências e dinâmica competitiva do mercado de investimentos alternativos no Brasil.

Perfil e Requisitos

  • Minimo de 7 anos
     de experiência em área comercial, relacionamento com investidores, private banking, wealth management, gestoras, investment banking ou consultoria estratégica.
  • Habilidade comprovada de 
    construir confiança
     e dialogar com lideranças, famílias empresárias e tomadores de decisão.
  • Comunicação clara e estruturada
    , com postura executiva.
  • Conhecimento sólido de produtos financeiros e de conceitos como 
    estruturas de fundos, risco-retorno, valuation e liquidez
    .
  • Perfil 
    hands-on
    , organizado, disciplinado e orientado a resultados.
  • Disponibilidade para viagens frequentes.
  • Inglês avançado (desejável).
