About Us
Keeta, the international subsidiary of Meituan—the global delivery giant—is on a mission to transform food and consumer product delivery worldwide. With our core belief: "We help people eat better, live better," we're taking innovation to the global stage. Our story began in 2023 in Hong Kong, China, where we became an industry leader in under a year. Building on that momentum, we entered Saudi Arabia in 2024 and soon expanded to over 20 cities. In 2025, we accelerated further, launching in Qatar, Kuwait, and the UAE within a remarkable 40-day span. This was followed by our entry into Brazil, progressing from a pilot in Santos and São Vicente to an official launch in São Paulo, with more destinations ahead.
What You'll Do
About the RoleWe are looking for a Rider Dispatch Strategy Lead to join our Fulfillment Operations team at Keeta. In this role, you will be responsible for the optimization of real-time dispatch strategies, directly driving key delivery metrics such as order completion rate and ETA. You will also be part of a fast-moving task force that pilots innovative solutions in complex, real-world delivery scenarios. 1. Take ownership of rider dispatch performance and continuously improve fulfillment KPIs (e.g., order completion rate, ETA). 2. Design and optimize dispatch logic for a variety of scenarios, including slow food prep, order bundling, and peak-hour congestion. 3. Lead pilot projects and experiments to identify scalable dispatch solutions for a growing delivery ecosystem. 4. Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and data teams to align strategy and execution. 5. Serve as a member of the Rider Task Force, driving innovation and rapid iteration in a dynamic environment.
What We Need From You
- previous experience in logistics operations, strategy, or dispatch optimization. 2. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into action. 3. Solid business sense and the ability to balance efficiency, cost, and customer experience. 4. Fluent in English and capable of working in a cross-cultural, fast-paced environment.
