Testing Engineer Analyst

About The Role
Develops and implements testing processes, executing prototype validation to ensure performance, safety, and compliance. Collaborates with cross-functional teams and uses data-driven insights to support product development and continuous improvement.

The Impact You'll Make

• Executes and coordinates tests and measurements, including data analysis and reporting.
• Prepares technical documentation in compliance with internal procedures and applicable regulations/standards.
• Defines and maintains test requirements in collaboration with lead engineers, quality engineers, and project leads, based on consumer and business input; develops smart test designs considering feasibility (cost, timing, quality, location).
• Contributes to functional continuous improvement and knowledge base through data-driven advanced testing procedures.
• Supports development project teams with test methods and test equipment.
• Assembles samples and prototypes for test execution.
• Maintains organization of the laboratory, machinery, and equipment.

The Skills And Knowledge You'll Bring

• Proven experience in industrial engineering, with a strong background in testing and verification.
• Solid knowledge of statistical data analysis and signal processing techniques.
• Degree in Engineering Technology or Bachelor's in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Familiarity with DfSS methodology; proficiency in Minitab (preferred), LabVIEW, or similar tools.
• Intermediate English proficiency required; fluency preferred.
