Private Equity Analyst

Mission

Play a critical role in the full investment lifecycle — from analyzing opportunities to support portfolio value creation and exit strategies. This position offers direct exposure to high-impact transactions, senior leadership, and operational strategy, with the possibility to transition into the fund's sourcing and M&A activities.

Expected Results:

• Deliver Robust Financial Analyses: Deliver comprehensive and fact-based financial analyses to support investment decisions, ensuring clarity and accuracy in all outputs.
• Generate Strategic Business Insights: Develop and present investment theses and portfolio strategies grounded in deep market, operational, and competitive analysis.
• Enable High-Impact Communication: Produce clear, persuasive IC/Board materials and effectively communicate recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Drive Execution Across the Investment Lifecycle: Lead workstreams from deal screening through diligence, closing, and ongoing portfolio monitoring, ensuring confidentiality and timely delivery.
• Support Portfolio Value Creation: Work directly with portfolio company management teams to drive value creation initiatives, implement operational improvements, enhance reporting practices, and monitor performance against key objectives

• M&A Execution & Structuring: Knowledge of end-to-end M&A processes, including due diligence, transaction structuring, documentation, and investment operations.
• Financial Analysis & Cash Flow Management: Forecasts and analyzes financial performance and cash flows, connecting operational KPIs to financial outcomes.
• Market Awareness & Strategic Thinking: Understands industry dynamics and macroeconomic factors; connects market trends and operational performance to investment theses.

Requisitos e qualificações

• Strong academic background (Economics, Business, Engineering, or related fields.)
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Private Equity, top-tier Investment Banking, or Management Consulting.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and familiarity with financial databases.
• Fluency in English, written and spoken, for effective communication in a global context.
