Q Global Network is a Global Serviced Apartments and Temporary Housing Agency, partnering with top-tier accommodation providers worldwide. We deliver tailored accommodation solutions for relocation companies, global mobility teams, and corporate clients across multiple sectors.

As we embark on a strategic restructuring of our global supplier network—and implement a new digital platform—we are seeking an experienced and process‑driven Global Supplier Relations Manager to elevate our supply ecosystem.

Role Overview

The Supplier Relations Manager will play a pivotal role in strengthening Q Global Network's global portfolio of serviced apartments, temporary housing provider, apart hotels, co-livings and any other accommodation segment needed to the development of the business. This position combines supplier relationship management, procurement, contract optimization, performance oversight, and process development.

A key responsibility will be to design, document, and standardize exiting and new supply chain and supplier management processes that align with our redesigned global platform. You will ensure our operations scale effectively while maintaining the highest service and compliance standards. This is an ideal opportunity for a commercially minded, detail‑oriented individual with strong hospitality, procurement, or corporate housing experience—and a passion for building world‑class operational frameworks.

The role also involves owning and implementing team OKRs and KPIs, with a key focus on driving supply growth in top global markets, improving supplier performance, and ensuring scalable operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Leadership & Team Management

  2. Lead, mentor, and develop the Supplier Relations team to deliver high performance.

  3. Set clear individual and team OKRs aligned with company strategy.
  4. Introduce, monitor, and manage KPIs focused on supply growth, supplier quality, competitiveness, and fulfilment metrics.
  5. Promote a proactive, commercial, and relationship-driven team culture.

  6. Supplier Relationship Development & Global Portfolio Growth

  7. Strengthen and expand relationships with global serviced apartment and temporary housing providers.

  8. Drive targeted supplier acquisition and supply expansion in priority global locations (e.g., key corporate hubs and high‑demand cities).
  9. Oversee supplier onboarding into the new Q Global Network platform.
  10. Ensure supply diversity and competitiveness to support Sales.

  11. Process Writing & Operational Framework Development

  12. Create and standardize all supplier-related processes and documentation, including:

  13. Supplier onboarding workflows
  14. Quality assurance and compliance checks
  15. Rate negotiation frameworks
  16. Supplier review cycles
  17. Escalation and issue‑resolution processes
  18. Collaborate closely with the technology team to map operational processes into the new platform.

  19. Supplier Negotiations & Commercial Optimisation

  20. Lead negotiations to secure favourable rates, partnership terms, and value-added benefits.

  21. Develop commercial models that increase margin performance without compromising service quality.
  22. Support framework agreements and long‑term supplier partnerships.

  23. Performance Monitoring & Quality Assurance

  24. Build and manage a supplier scorecard system to track service quality, response times, fulfilment rates, and client feedback.

  25. Conduct audits and ensure supplier compliance with Q Global Network standards.
  26. Identify underperforming suppliers and implement clear improvement plans.

  27. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  28. Work with Sales, Reservations, Marketing, Guest Relations, IT, Finance and HR to ensure supply meets customer needs.

  29. Provide market insights, supply forecasts, and competitor benchmarking to internal teams.
  30. Support high-value requests such as group stays, corporate projects, and VIP relocations.
  31. Work with the revenue team to ensure reporting high quality data for decision making processes.

  32. Risk, Compliance & ESG

  33. Ensure suppliers adhere to safety, legal, data privacy, and ESG standards.

  34. Promote sustainability in supplier selection and operational decisions.

Qualifications & Experience

Essential

  • 4–7+ years in supplier relations, procurement, partnerships, or hospitality/ accommodation supply relations management.
  • Experience managing a team, including setting and delivering OKRs/KPIs.
  • Demonstrated ability to write operational processes, SOPs, and scalable workflows.
  • Strong negotiation, contract management, and commercial analysis skills.
  • Experience in serviced apartments, corporate housing, relocation housing, or accommodation procurement would be a plus.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship‑building skills.

Preferred

  • Experience working with or implementing supplier / inventory platforms.
  • Background in travel, mobility, hospitality partnerships, or corporate accommodation.
  • Proven track record of driving supply growth in key global markets.
  • Extra languages (Spanish, Portugues, English) Would be a plus
