Scope of Services

  • The role owner will work on a wide range of activities including gathering data, organizing information, analyzing historical results, making forecasts and projections, making recommendations, and generating Excel models, presentations, and reports. The role will be supporting the area plan and work closely with the accounting/S&F team and Budget managers to ensure accurate financial reporting
  • There are no predefined deliverables related to this specific role, but several wider initiatives, frameworks and processes that require support from this role.
  • The role owner will support with the following work activities related to the role:
  • Support financial forecasting, reporting (dashboard) and operational metrics tracking
  • Managing, tracking and analyzing financial data on a daily or regular basis: raw data from SAP,
  • Individual budget sheets from Excel, PO's, SOW
  • Managing and maintaining accruals, reclasses & prepaids
  • Reporting on financial performance and preparing for regular leadership reviews
  • Analyzing past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements
  • Support the cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures
  • Analyzing trends and forecasts and recommend actions for optimization
  • Evaluating financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
  • Developing automated reporting/forecasting tools
  • Identifying and drive improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards
  • Creating forecasts and models
  • Support the capital budgeting and expenditure planning processes
  • Maintaining up-to-date technical knowledge of financial instruments, market conditions, and trends.
  • Advanced English proficiency
