Buscamos um(a) SDR com mentalidade de alta performance, foco em resultados.

Esta pessoa será responsável por fazer a primeira conexão com leads.

Responsabilidades

  • Realizar prospecção ativa e receptiva (inbound/outbound) conforme estratégia comercial.
  • Qualificar leads seguindo critérios definidos (Canal + fit de negócio + momento de compra).
  • Mapear dores, necessidades e oportunidades de cada potencial cliente.
  • Gerar reuniões qualificadas para o time de Closers.
  • Organizar informações no CRM de forma clara e atualizada.
  • Acompanhar métricas de produtividade diária (ligações, conexões, e-mails, follow-ups).
  • Colaborar com o time para melhoria contínua do pitch e abordagem comercial.

Diferenciais

  • Experiência prévia em SDR, pré-vendas.
  • Familiaridade com vendas SaaS.
  • Conhecimento em Spin-Selling ou metodologia BANT.

Requisitos

  • Comunicação clara, segura e com boa escuta ativa para feedbacks.
  • Organização e disciplina com rotinas e metas.
  • Capacidade de lidar com alto volume de interações diárias.
  • Energia, ambição e mentalidade de crescimento.
  • Conhecimento básico de ferramentas comerciais (CRM, sequências, planilhas).
