Responsibilities

• Develop front-end and back-end applications using our tech stack, either from scratch or by improving existing implementations.
• Understand business and functional requirements, refine technical details, and establish Definition of Ready (DoR).
• Break down tasks for other developers and provide guidance when they face blockers.
• Collaborate with the development team to build new features, maintain existing ones, and suggest enhancements when needed.
• Work closely with QA engineers to create and improve tests — including unit, integration, functional, and regression tests.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with clients, demonstrating deep knowledge of delivered features.
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (Planning, Daily, Review, Retrospective), ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality.

Requeriments

• Strong experience with C# and .NET Core, especially in building RESTful APIs and services.
• Good knowledge of Go Language — hands-on experience is highly preferred.
• Solid understanding of software design principles, data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving.
• Familiarity with programming principles such as SOLID, OOP, and design patterns.
• Experience designing and developing API-based integrations and working with microservices architecture.
• Ability to improve software performance using tools and metrics.
• Proficiency with relational and non-relational databases.
• Experience with GitHub for source control.
• Previous experience working in Agile environments.
• Strong English communication skills — you'll be working with international teams.
• Willingness to support teammates and mentor less experienced colleagues.

*Nice to have*

• Experience with front-end development using React or
• Knowledge of event-driven architecture, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), and/or Clean Architecture.
• Understanding of multithreading concepts.
• Experience with test automation tools, especially Cypress and Postman.

• Proficiency in front-end fundamentals: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular.
