Senior Software Engineer, Fullstack

We are seeking an experienced Fullstack Software Engineer to join a dynamic team building a high-performance commerce platform used globally. In this role, you will design and implement both frontend and backend solutions, focusing on event tracking, API integration, and scalable data ingestion. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define architecture, deliver strategic initiatives, and ensure system reliability and security. Your work will directly impact millions of events processed daily, providing actionable insights to internal teams and merchants. Mobile development experience is a plus, and a data-driven mindset is essential. Accountabilities:

• Develop and maintain frontend applications to capture and transmit user events efficiently.
• Build and optimize resilient backend APIs for large-scale data ingestion into Lake House structures.
• Contribute to software architecture discussions and strategic planning initiatives.
• Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to ensure scalable and high-quality solutions.
• Implement data-oriented approaches to prioritize features, fixes, and optimizations.
• Participate in mobile development efforts when necessary (iOS/Android).
• Maintain quality, security, and scalability standards across all solutions.

• Proven experience in fullstack development, with strong frontend and backend technical skills.
• Expertise in frontend technologies, operating system fundamentals, and rendering methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of backend systems, API development, and event management.
• Data-driven problem-solving and prioritization skills.
• Experience with mobile development (iOS/Android) is a plus.
• Familiarity with ecommerce solutions is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills to translate business challenges into technical solutions.
