At Estel Ingeniería y Obras, we are looking for an experienced professional to lead and coordinate our team of mechanical or electrical installation specialists at our office in Barbados.

• Supervise the planning, execution, and monitoring of all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) functions at the site or facility.
• Coordinate and oversee the work of MEP technicians, electricians, and plumbers assigned to the department.
• Ensure all systems and infrastructure are installed, maintained, and operated according to industry codes, project specifications, and safety standards.
• Support the development and training of MEP technical staff to build a high-performing team.
• Review and recommend preventive maintenance schedules for MEP systems and critical equipment.
• Assist with optimal spare parts inventory management and ensure timely procurement of materials.
• Evaluate and recommend improvements, repairs, or replacements to MEP infrastructure to reduce downtime and enhance energy efficiency.
• Promote innovative solutions, sustainable practices, and the adoption of new technologies relevant to MEP operations.
• Ensure all system labeling, diagrams, schematics, and documentation comply with international standards.

• Education: Degree in Technical or Higher Engineering (mechanical, electrical, or related fields).
• Minimum 5 years of experience, including MEP project supervision and on-site work.
• Proficiency inCAD tools, technical software, and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Valuable: Experience in international or hotel projects.
• Availability to relocate and live in Barbados.
