We are looking for a Brand Marketing Specialist to support our marketing and branding initiatives in [Brazil/Mexico/Colombia]. This is a hands-on role where you will learn, execute, and contribute to activities that strengthen our market presence.
Location: This role is based out of São Paulo, Brazil, and is a full-time position where it is required to come into our office at complexo JK Iguatemi (2-3 days/week). #LI-Hybrid What You'll Do:
  • Coordinate and execute local in-person events.
  • Support webinars (logistics, promotion, and speaker assistance).
  • Prepare agency briefs and follow up on creative deliverables.
  • Review sales pipeline performance and coordinate with the sales team.
  • Learn and support CRM management (lead registration, tracking, segmentation).
  • Build and send email marketing campaigns.
  • Supervise local paid media campaigns (Facebook, LinkedIn, Google).
  • Provide general support to the regional marketing team.
What You'll Bring:
  • 3 years of experience in marketing, branding, events, or digital marketing.
  • Bilingual: Fluency in Portuguese and English is a must. Bonus points if you know Spanish
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
