We are seeking a highly skilled Senior QA Tester to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in automation testing across web and mobile platforms, with strong proficiency in modern testing frameworks and tools.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Here's what you can expect on a typical day:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web and mobile applications;
• Execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end tests using modern automation frameworks;
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA leads to ensure high-quality releases;
• Debug test failures, analyze root causes, and document defects clearly and thoroughly;
• Participate in test planning, test case design, and continuous test improvements.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

Required skills and experience:

• 5-7 years of QA testing experience with a strong focus on automation;
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Information Technology (or equivalent);
• Proficiency with Selenium, Playwright, and JavaScript for test automation;
• Hands-on experience with mobile testing (iOS and Android);
• Experience integrating AI-driven test automation tools (e.g., intelligent test generation, self-healing tests);
• Strong understanding of native mobile app testing and associated tools/frameworks (Appium, Espresso, XCUITest, etc.);
• Experience executing and maintaining browser and mobile automation test suites;
• Solid understanding of QA methodologies, best practices, and SDLC;
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and reusable test scripts;
• Experience working with distributed teams across multiple time zones, adapting to diverse work cultures and communication styles.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines;
• Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman or REST Assured;
• Knowledge of version control systems (Git), Agile environments, and defect-tracking tools (JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr, Xray, etc);
• Experience with QA Assistance Testing plan (CoPilot, AI-based test assistance)
• Familiarity with observability practices and tools, such as Splunk and Dynatrace;
• Experience with accessibility testing and standards (e.g., WCAG, ARIA).
