Sobre a função

A pessoa Analista de Suporte de TI desempenha um papel fundamental ao fornecer a melhor experiência de suporte técnico para todas as pessoas Jusbrasileiras. É o primeiro nível de contato com todos os times da empresa, responsável por prestar atendimento e ajudar a melhorar os processos e sistemas já existentes, sempre como foco na melhoria contínua dos serviços. Além da formação técnica, também é necessário possuir excelentes habilidades de comunicação, ser curiosa por natureza e ter boa assertividade na resolução de incidentes

O que você vai fazer:

  • Realizar o atendimento através dos nossos canais de suporte, atuar na resolução de problemas e tratar solicitações de rotina para credenciais, equipamentos e ferramentas;
  • Apoiar os times envolvidos durante a fase de onboarding e offboarding e garantir que todas as pessoas terão as credenciais e equipamentos necessários para desempenhar suas funções;
  • Monitorar e identificar incidentes frequentes, causa raiz e encontrar oportunidades para melhorar o processo;
  • Manter os processos de gestão de inventário e garantir que a distribuição de equipamentos corresponda com as políticas;
  • Atuar no processo de supply chain para equipamentos e acessórios;
  • Realizar a aquisição, gestão e distribuição das ferramentas SaaS existentes em nosso catálogo;
  • Manter a infraestrutura de equipamentos do escritório em bom funcionamento;
Requisitos
  • Formação acadêmica em Redes, Sistemas, Computação ou conhecimento em áreas relacionadas;
  • Experiência com suporte para diversas ferramentas SaaS cloud-based;
  • Experiência com gerenciamento de contas de usuários e permissões;
  • Conhecimento de processos de inventário, compras e distribuição;
  • Conhecimento em sistemas e equipamentos de áudio e vídeo;
  • Experiência em automatização de tarefas é desejada;
  • Inglês é um diferencial, mas não obrigatório.
