Role: Influencer Marketing Coordinator (Remote – Brazil)
This is a unique opportunity to join a startup at the very beginning and help shape how our brand connects with audiences in Brazil.
As Influencer Marketing Coordinator, you'll work directly with the Head of Operations to develop and execute influencer and partnership strategies from scratch — identifying the right creators, managing collaborations, and tracking performance to build strong brand awareness and trust in our market.
It's a hands-on role for someone who loves strategy and execution equally. You'll be building real relationships, experimenting with new ideas, and growing alongside the company.
What You'll Bring
Experience in influencer marketing, brand partnerships, or digital marketing coordination
Strong understanding of social media platforms and creator ecosystems
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
A proactive, organized, and self-driven mindset — you get things done
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and with external partners
Fluency in Portuguese and professional English
Type of work: PJ
Base salary: R$7,000/month
Location: 100% remote
