Sua Missão
Buscamos pessoas desenvolvedoras que procuram melhorar todos os dias em direção às boas práticas, testabilidade e manutenibilidade do sistema sem apego a linguagem de programação. Hoje trabalhamos com Python, Angular e .NET, mas a tendência é que com o tempo mais microsserviços surjam nas linguagens que forem mais adequadas aos problemas a serem resolvidos.

Responsabilidades

  • Colaborar na definição de estratégias de product growth, contribuindo com insights técnicos e recomendações.
    Analisar e resolver bugs encaminhados pela equipe de Customer Success
  • Code Review nos códigos dos colegas de equipe visando sempre a melhor qualidade de código
  • Ajudar os pares e stakeholders a tomar decisões passando caminhos alternativos para resolução de problemas com maior eficiência operacional
  • Tirar dúvidas de outros membros da equipe independente do nível de senioridade
  • Pontuar nas plannings o esforço necessário para realizar cada tarefa planejada pela equipe de Produto de forma a garantir a previsibilidade das entregas
  • Desenvolver aplicando os conceitos aprendidos no back-end e front-end das aplicações internas junto com o time
  • Estudar e aprender continuamente sobre a área
