Roles and responsibilities

  • Atuar no desenvolvimento de aplicações móveis escaláveis utilizando Flutter, garantindo performance, segurança e eficiência;
  • Projetar e implementar arquiteturas robustas, com integração a APIs de terceiros, microserviços e sistemas legados;
  • Planejar, priorizar e monitorar sprints, alinhando entregas técnicas com as expectativas e metas estratégicas dos clientes.
  • Desenvolver e manter serviços backend com Java Spring Boot, incluindo integração com tecnologias de cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP);
  • Garantir a qualidade do código com testes automatizados, code review e boas práticas de engenharia;
  • Trabalhar lado a lado com os times de produto, UX/UI e negócio, traduzindo requisitos técnicos e promovendo entregas orientadas a valor;
  • Atuar como referência técnica para o time, apoiando o crescimento técnico dos desenvolvedores e fomentando uma cultura de inovação;
  • Assegurar que as soluções estejam em conformidade com as normas de segurança, privacidade (LGPD) e padrões da indústria.
  • Coordenar a integração de funcionalidades complexas, como: APIs de mapas (Google Maps, Mapbox, OpenStreetMap); Sistemas de rastreamento em tempo real; Gateways de pagamento (cartões, QR Code, NFC).

Requirements And Skills

  • Domínio no uso de Flutter/Dart para desenvolvimento mobile multiplataforma;
  • Experiência prática com Java + Spring Boot em projetos de backend integrados a apps móveis;
  • Vivência com integração de APIs RESTful, microserviços e serviços em nuvem (AWS, Azure ou GCP);
  • Conhecimento em DevOps e CI/CD (integração e entrega contínua);
  • Experiência com gateways de pagamento, tecnologias como QR Code, NFC;
  • Experiência com APIs de mapas e geolocalização (Google Maps, Mapbox, OpenStreetMap) e rastreamento em tempo real;
  • Forte conhecimento de padrões de segurança digital, LGPD e boas práticas de proteção de dados;
  • Boa fluência em inglês técnico e conversacional para interação com parceiros internacionais e bibliotecas especializadas;
  • Experiência anterior em projetos de transporte público, mobilidade urbana ou logística será um diferencial importante;
  • Excelente capacidade de comunicação, especialmente para traduzir conceitos técnicos em linguagem de negócio;
  • Prática com metodologias ágeis (Scrum ou Kanban).
  • Desejável:Conhecimento e experiência com Big Data, streaming de dados e análises em tempo real. Certificações relevantes PMP, CSM (Scrum Master) para gestão de projetos; AWS Certified, Azure Solutions Architect ou similares para arquitetura em nuvem.
