About Oppizi:

Oppizi is the first major multi-channel player in offline performance-marketing. We've built a technology which enables tracking, scaling and optimisation of flyering campaigns. We offer 3 channels, Hand-to-hand (in people's hand), Door-to-Door (in people's mailbox or on their cars), Direct Mail (in people's mailbox via national post service). We operate in 10 countries, the main ones being Australia, New Zealand, France, UK, US, and Canada. We are very privileged to work with flagship accounts like Uber, UberEats, DoorDash, MealPal, DiDi, Deliveroo and many others.

About the Role:

We are seeking an organized and proactive Marketing Coordinator to lead a print marketing campaign for one of our clients in Sao Paulo. This is a short-term project lasting 4 to 6 weeks, requiring hands-on coordination and onsite presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute and manage a print marketing campaign from start to finish.
  • Coordinate with distribution and printer vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality.
  • Conduct onsite monitoring Monday through Friday at campaign locations.
  • Oversee (not directly manage) a team of 30-40 contractors during onsite operations.
  • Ensure smooth communication and project alignment across all stakeholders.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of project management experience, ideally in marketing or related fields.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and presentation skills (e.g., PowerPoint).
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Must own a car and hold a valid driving license with no offenses on record.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask under tight deadlines.

Additional Information:

  • Candidates must be available to work onsite Monday to Friday for the duration of the campaign.
  • English required

Benefits

Monthly Fix $2500 USD

Monthly Variable: $1,000 USD

Successful candidates may be offered a permanent position at the conclusion of the campaign
