Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Coordinator/Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team in the exciting online betting (iGaming) industry. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with excellent English communication skills, who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to the success of various projects. The candidate will be working onsite at our São Paulo office, assisting in managing projects, coordinating marketing efforts, and ensuring smooth execution of campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in coordinating multiple projects within the iGaming sector, ensuring timelines, budgets, and goals are met.

Collaborate with the marketing team to plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns, both online and offline.

Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless communication and alignment on project objectives.

Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and provide solutions to keep projects on track.

Prepare reports and presentations to update stakeholders on project statuses.

Support the marketing team in content creation, including emails, social media posts, and promotional materials.

Ensure all marketing activities comply with relevant regulations and company policies.

Provide administrative support, such as scheduling meetings, taking notes, and handling project documentation.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Familiarity with online betting or iGaming industry (preferred but not mandatory).

Ability to work onsite at the São Paulo office.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

Basic understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).

Experience in digital marketing strategies and tools (SEO, social media marketing, email marketing).

Knowledge of the iGaming industry and regulatory landscape.
