About the Role

Property Leads is a fast-growing real estate lead generation and data company. We are seeking a Video Ads Producer and Static Creative Designer who can create high-performing ad creatives across video and static formats for paid media channels. This role combines creative production with performance marketing. You will be responsible for building ad concepts, producing and editing content, and optimizing creative performance to drive lead generation. You will report directly to the Director of Paid Media and have strong visibility and influence in campaign execution.

Responsibilities

Video and Static Content Production

  • Produce and edit short-form video ads for platforms such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Google.
  • Design high-converting static ads, including banners, carousels, images, and thumbnails.
  • Write scripts or shot lists and structure content using trends, hooks, pacing, and best practices for each platform.
  • Collaborate with actors and UGC creators to brief, direct, and ensure content authenticity and relatability.

Creative Strategy and Optimization

  • Develop multiple creative variations for A/B testing and track performance metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and retention.
  • Adapt creatives for different funnel stages, including top, middle, and bottom of the funnel.
  • Maintain and repurpose creative assets in an organized creative library.
  • Research competitor campaigns, trends, and platform updates to stay ahead of advertising standards.

Collaboration and Workflow

  • Work with the Creative Strategy and Media Buying teams to align creatives with performance goals.
  • Deliver content consistently and on time to support campaign launches.
  • Use feedback and performance data to refine concepts and improve results.

AI and Automation

  • Use AI tools such as ElevenLabs, HeyGen, Arcads, MidJourney, Runway, or similar to assist in creating video, image, audio, or script assets.
  • Explore AI-driven processes to speed up creative production.
Expected Outcomes
  • Increase in click-through rate and campaign conversion rates.
  • Reduction in cost per acquisition and improvement in return on ad spend.
  • Fast and consistent delivery of new creatives for testing.
  • Continuous improvement in creative performance based on data.
Qualifications

Required

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in video editing and static ad design or similar roles.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or similar tools.
  • Experience creating content for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, or Google Ads.
  • Strong understanding of video storytelling, motion design, composition, typography, and visual communication.
  • Familiarity with creative performance metrics, including CTR, CPA, ROAS, and retention rates.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English and reliable remote work setup.

Preferred

  • Experience in real estate, e-commerce, or performance marketing.
  • Experience with UGC-style editing or directing creators and actors.
  • Knowledge of media buying strategies.
  • Familiarity with email or direct mail marketing.
  • Advanced use of AI tools for image, audio, and video generation.
  • Knowledge of design thinking for advertising and creative development.
