Our solutions for pre-commissioning, commissioning, and maintenance shutdowns include specialized services for Oil & Gas, power generation, mining and other process industries.

Be responsible for all resources and logistics required to perform services and maintenance activities on customers' site/property.

As a Services Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Performing installations, commissioning, and troubleshooting of Bently Nevada Hardware and Software Products and Solutions at customer locations.
• Assuring the service is executed in a timely manner in accordance with the customer's schedule and contractual commitments.
• Supporting Site Leads in the execution of projects and update installation documentation.
• Identifying problems and take the initiative to eliminate those problems for project/service success while monitoring site safety.
• Completing standard service reports, invoicing packages, and other administrative requirements in a timely manner.
• Driving customer satisfaction through commitment to quality supporting growth initiatives of the business.

To be successful in this role you will:

Required Qualifications

• An B.S. or technical degree in Mechanic or Electrical/Automation;
• Experience in utilizing hand tools on machinery in a production environment;
• Experience with instrumentation – sensors installation, loop tests;
• To be available to travel always then needed to attend customers in other states/location, including short notice assignments;
• The ability to work independently.
• Solid problem-solving skills
• Advanced English;

Desired Qualifications and Soft Skills

• Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills;
• Spanish Intermediate level
• Knowledge in Bently Nevada Hardware and Software Products, like 3500 and Orbit60 Racks, System 1 Evo;
• Basic knowledge in machinery diagnostics.

Additional requirements for this position

• Experience in Mining Industry and equipment;
• To live in Paraupebas-PA city – be local resident or if other city, be available to move to Paraupebas;
• Work time proposed: Monday ~ Friday, from 08AM to 05PM;
