K3 GreenTech helps fleets and transportation companies reduce operational costs and emissions through innovative video-telematics and solar-powered tracking solutions. We work with fleet leaders across Canada, helping them optimize performance and move toward more sustainable operations.

We're looking for a motivated
Marketing & Community Volunteer
to join us in implementing new engagement and outreach initiatives aimed at connecting with fleet managers, logistics companies, and mobility innovators.

What you'll do:

  • Researching and participating in online communities (LinkedIn, Reddit, industry forums).
  • Helping prepare posts, visuals, and short articles for social media or newsletters.
  • Supporting email campaigns (content ideas, contact segmentation, follow-up tracking).
  • Assisting in organizing virtual events or roundtables with fleet professionals.
  • Collecting insights from online discussions or articles to inform new marketing content.
  • Helping coordinate small campaigns or surveys to engage specific audience groups.

Who you are:

  • Curious and proactive, comfortable working independently.
  • Interested in marketing, sustainability, transportation, or technology.
  • Strong written communication skills (English; French is a plus).
  • Experience or familiarity with LinkedIn, Reddit, Canva, or HubSpot is an asset but not required.
  • A student or early-career professional looking for real-world marketing experience in a growing B2B environment.
