As an ACES Project Manager working on New Initiatives, this position involves taking ownership to lead the standardization and simplification of operation management methods across the Network, as well as the creation and improvement of new mechanisms. You will primarily work on launching new programs, but it is also an important role to drive continuous improvement on current programs and initiatives.

Key job responsibilities
- Manage complex projects in Brazil Operations, including managing deliverables, stakeholders, communication, and more;

- Monitor KPIs related to project success metrics, focusing on continuous improvement in all aspects of operations;

- Develop contingency plans to address unexpected issues or demand fluctuations;

- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, manuals, and documents;

- Write complex documents, such as Business Requirements, Technical Specifications, etc.;

- Lead Continuous Improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma tools like Kaizens, Root Cause Analysis, etc;

- Own and manage change on a granular level;

- Maintain clear communication with leadership at all times.

We do this by keeping a close eye on metrics, making sure that we are constantly raising the bar on productivity, quality, and speed. We are also responsible for the adoption of new technology and standards as well as supporting our peers with subject matter expertise.

- Bachelor's degree or above
- Experience in program or project management
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Experience in driving process and tool improvements

- Bachelor's degree, or MBA in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field
- PMP certificate
