The Role

As a Lead, Data Center Management at Kyndryl, you'll own and manage site operations and asset governance. Manage site costs, Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives while maintaining high-quality service delivery. Represent RDC and Kyndryl to service partners and external Community. Drive RE&F Project Mgt. standard, methodologies, processes & governance. Site resource leveraging (people, technology, and communication,), partners with appropriate stakeholders to deliver all operational capabilities for the facility. Oversees implementation of the request process for real estate, construction and FM services.

There's never a typical day as a Lead, Data Center Management at Kyndryl. You'll maintain comprehensive site records, ensuring documentation is complete and accessible for auditing and reporting purposes. Manage Third Party Provider Performance at a Site Level; may negotiate contracts to achieve optimal service levels and cost efficiency. Data integrity owner for site level information. Execute on Global initiatives; Drive implementation of global standards, technologies, and best practices. Input into the Annual Business Planning and Opex/Capex Budget Process Managed by the Regional Level

Required Skills and Experience

• Solid experience in managing facilities operations and corporate infrastructure

• Skills in project management and relationships with multiple stakeholders

• Lead initiatives to enhance workplace satisfaction and sustainability

• Address employee feedback regarding facilities promptly and effectively

• Take full ownership of the site's appearance and condition—inside and out

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or administration

• Advanced English Level

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Certifications in data center, sustainability or business continuity are desirable (e.g. CDCP, BCM, OPRO) - Data Center Design Awareness (DCDA); Energy & Sustainability (EPRO); Business Continuity Management (BCM); Operations PRO (OPRO)
