Estamos em busca de um(a) FP&A Manager para integrar nosso time.
Este profissional será responsável por liderar o processo de planejamento financeiro das operações do Brasil, atuando como parceiro estratégico de negócios e entregando análises robustas para apoiar a tomada de decisão.


Principais Responsabilidades
Preparar o Budget anual e suas revisões (Latest Estimate, Forecast).

Conduzir o processo de rolling forecast, garantindo precisão e alinhamento com diretrizes globais.

Atuar como parceiro financeiro das áreas comercial, marketing e operações, apoiando decisões estratégicas com análises de rentabilidade, margem e investimentos.

Desenvolver e manter o reporting local para a gestão, definir e analisar KPIs financeiros e operacionais, e reportar os Decks oficiais para Latam.

Colaborar na construção do processo S&OP, alinhando projeções financeiras ao planejamento de demanda.


Requisitos

  • Graduação em Administração, Economia, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas.
  • +10 anos de experiência em Finanças e FP&A.
  • Mínimo de 3 anos em posições de gestão.
  • Inglês avançado (mandatório).
  • Proficiência avançada em Excel e ferramentas de BI (Power BI, SAP).
  • Experiência sólida em FP&A, preferencialmente nos setores farmacêutico ou bens de consumo.


Diferenciais Desejáveis

  • Pós-graduação ou MBA.
  • Espanhol é um diferencial.
