The Role

Computer Operators at Kyndryl are key in helping revolutionize the way we operate complex computer systems. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology, supervise and control intricate networks and applications, and operate distributed systems in a multi-vendor environment.  

As a Computer Operator, you will be on the technical frontline, responsible for:

• Performing batch operations according to service agreements;
• Analyzing and resolving first-level issues across systems;
• Routing unresolved issues to appropriate teams;
• Developing support system management processes tailored to customer requirements;
• Ensuring the highest level of service delivery to our clients.
• Monitoring screens to identify alerts and incidents, following scripts and procedures provided by the client.

Requirements:

• Availability for on-site work in Pinheiros, São Paulo;
• Flexibility to work in shifts (2am to 11am and 11am to 7am), including weekend rotation;
• Experience or familiarity with monitoring IT incidents and alerts;
• Ability to follow scripts, procedures, and operational manuals;
• Basic English knowledge is desirable for reading tool interfaces, but not mandatory;
• Readiness and agility to quickly engage in alert situations;
• Passion for technology and a commitment to continuous learning;
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills;
• Analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
