Analista Sênior de Business Analysis
para liderar estudos estratégicos e apoiar decisões de negócio na diretoria de
Pricing and Revenue Management na GOL.
Buscamos alguém com alta capacidade analítica, visão de negócios, experiência com tratamento de grandes bases e capacidade de identificar o diagnóstico correto para perguntas complexas que impulsionem o crescimento e resultado sustentável da empresa.
Responsabilidades e atribuições
Os desafios que aguardam por você no próximo destino são:
- Coletar, analisar e interpretar dados de precificação e receitas Aéreas para identificar tendências e oportunidades para maximização do resultado;
- Atuar como consultoria de análise para solução de problemas complexos;
- Desenvolver análises e relatórios que apresentem insights acionáveis para a gestão, facilitando a tomada de decisões estratégicas;
- Preparar apresentações para todos os níveis da organização;
- Realizar recomendações e mensurar resultados, apoiando a geração de Receitas;
- Realizar estudos de projeção baseados em séries históricas;
- Atuar em projetos transversais, colaborando com outras áreas da companhia.
Requisitos e qualificações
Não pode faltar em sua bagagem:
- Ensino superior completo em Economia, Estatística, Engenharia, Matemática, Administração e áreas correlatas (diploma ou colação de grau);
- Experiência com Inteligência de Mercado, Consultoria, Planejamento Estratégico, Pricing, Revenue Management e/ou análises de negócio;
- Excel nível avançado;
- Inglês nível intermediário;
- Experiência com SQL, Python e outras ferramentas de tratamentos de dados será considerado diferencial;
- Capacidade de coletar, analisar e interpretar dados complexos, transformando informações em insights acionáveis;
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicação verbal e escrita, com capacidade de apresentar informações de forma clara para diferentes públicos;
- Habilidade para colaborar com diferentes departamentos e construir relacionamentos eficazes;
- Vivência nas atividades descritas.
