What are we looking for?

• Degree in Information technology, Engineering, or related field;
• 10+ years of professional experience as a Java Developer;
• Experience with SpringBoot;
• Experience with Terraform, Kubernetes, Kafka, GraphQL, GitHub, Azure Cloud;
• Experience with leading complex initiatives and the collaboration with other teams to agree technical designs is critical;
• Experience with Coaching and mentoring more junior engineers, influencing and improving the engineering practices within a team;
• Experience with Kotlin or OTEL;
• Fluency in English (B2+ mandatory).
