JOB OVERVIEW

As the Director of Supply Planning at Coty, you will play a crucial role in strategically managing the supply planning to ensure product availability, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement supply planning strategies to ensure timely and efficient product delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including demand planning, production, procurement, and logistics to align supply plans with business demands.
  • Analyze market data, consumer trends, and supply chain performance to identify improvement opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Manage relationships with strategic suppliers, negotiate contracts, monitor performance, and ensure product quality.
  • Implement continuous improvement processes in the supply chain to reduce costs, optimize inventory, and increase operational efficiency.
  • Lead and develop supply planning teams, providing guidance, training, and support to drive performance and professional excellence.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or related field; MBA or post-graduate degree is preferred.
  • Solid experience in supply chain management in consumer goods industries, focusing on supply planning, demand planning, and inventory management.
  • Advanced skills in data analysis, planning tools, and ERP systems.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
  • Fluency in Portuguese, English and Spanish required.
