What You'll Do?

• Lead and Develop Your Team: Build an engaged, high-performing team. Coach, mentor, and create development plans to support career growth and cross-training opportunities.
• Manage Daily Operations: Oversee fulfillment activities to meet customer demand with accuracy and timeliness. Communicate effectively with team members and support functions on production, materials, quality, and delivery.
• Drive Performance: Achieve key metrics for safety, quality, on-time delivery, inventory, and productivity. Ensure accountability through daily management practices.
• Champion Continuous Improvement: Apply lean principles and Fortive Business System (FBS) tools to identify opportunities, eliminate waste, and implement best practices. Lead Kaizen activities and engage the team in problem-solving.
• Ensure Compliance and Standards: Maintain adherence to standard work, playbooks, and lean principles. Oversee TPM activities and sustain a clean, organized 5S environment.
• Communicate and Collaborate: Provide clear, transparent communication across teams and departments to resolve issues and align priorities.
• Support Technical Operations: Step in as a fulfillment technician when needed and ensure technical proficiency across the team.
• Foster a Positive Culture: Listen actively, address concerns, and promote trust, respect, and collaboration within the team.

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to coach and develop others.
• Excellent organizational and planning abilities; adaptable to changing priorities.
• Clear and effective communication skills (written and verbal).
• Proven ability to drive continuous improvement and manage change effectively.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and best practices.
• Knowledge of performance metrics and operational KPIs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and related tools.
• Experience with Oracle eBS, Salesforce, Inet, or ERP systems.
• Associate degree or equivalent work experience.

Technical Competencies:

• Understanding of Industrial Scientific products and applications.
• Attention to detail and ability to identify non-conformities.
