Troubleshooting and training, being a Focal point for customers on product-related issues and strategic support in decision-making Active communication bridge between Beckman Coulter and Customers, including marketing support with new launches and promotion campaigns.Lead the continuing education of our customers, supporting customers in publishing relevant scientific articles and highlighting the area as a differentiator of our services in the market.The essential requirements of the job include:Proven experience with continuing education for clinical laboratory customers and >3 years in workflow of clinical analysis laboratories, with theoretical and practical knowledge of in vitro diagnostics in Beckman Coulter and or similar product linesProficient in English and desirable Spanish, native speaker of Brazilian PortugueseAvailability to travel within Brazilian territory to serve customers and internationally for training, the main characteristic of the position is face to face with the customers.Degree in Pharmacy, Biomedicine or BiologyThis job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental to eligible employees.Join our winning team today.
