O Courier Operations Agent será responsável por garantir a excelência da operação em tempo real (D0), realizando monitoramentos essenciais e intervenções rápidas ao longo do turno. Seu foco será antecipar riscos operacionais, otimizar a performance por zonas e assegurar uma comunicação eficiente com os stakeholders internos.

As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:

Principais responsabilidades

  • Realizar checagens operacionais no início, meio e fim do turno, garantindo o cumprimento dos playbooks e padrões de qualidade.

  • Monitorar continuamente fatores críticos, como previsão de chuva, incentivos ativos da concorrência e comportamento da demanda.

  • Enviar comunicados estratégicos para alinhamento operacional, garantindo que as equipes estejam atualizadas sobre riscos, mudanças e ações recomendadas.

  • Analisar quedas de performance, investigar suas causas e propor ações corretivas.

  • Acompanhar a operação por zonas, marcas e horários críticos, identificando tendências e oportunidades de melhoria.

  • Preencher planilhas de controle e realizar deep dives operacionais quando necessário.

  • Manter comunicação proativa com os analistas responsáveis por cada cidade, garantindo visibilidade e colaboração em tempo real.

Requisitos do cargo

  • Alta atenção a detalhes e disciplina no cumprimento de processos.

  • Capacidade analítica para identificar causas e impactos operacionais.

  • Proatividade e clareza na comunicação.

  • Organização, senso de prioridade e capacidade de trabalhar sob pressão.

  • Pacote Office (nível intermediário).

  • Experiência prévia com atividades administrativas e relacionamento com cliente.
