Posição: Machine Learning Engineer –
Sênior Staff

cliente é uma referência no segmento de e-commerce em um grande momento
transformacional. Buscamos uma liderança focada em análises de dados para se
unir a uma equipe de alta performance com mindset criativo e provocativo.

Principais responsabilidades:

  • Atuar
    no time de Machine Learning Operations (MLOps), ajudando a construir
    e manter a plataforma que otimiza a jornada dos cientistas de dados, na
    entrega dos modelos;
  • Participar
    na implementação de novas tecnologias para novos casos de uso de Machine
    Learning e IA;
  • Realizar
    discovery para entender as regras de negócios e pensar em soluções
    escaláveis;
  • Auxiliar
    os cientistas de dados na padronização e adoção de melhores práticas nos
    projetos de machine learning e IA;
  • Acompanhar
    os canais de alerta, identificar impasses, à fim de mitigá-los e propor
    soluções;
  • Desenvolver
    novas features, mantendo rastreabilidade e observabilidade de todo o
    desenvolvimento;
  • Trabalhar
    em conjunto com os demais times de engenharia para construir e manter
    produtos, com foco em nossos clientes;
  • Entregar
    softwares que atendam um volume massivo de requisições com alta
    disponibilidade e que gerem impactos ressonantes para o nosso negócio.

Requisitos esperados:

  • Experiência
    em posições similares.
  • Conhecimentos
    em Python e Java;
  • Conhecimento
    avançado em SQL;
  • Experiência
    com Streaming de dados;
  • Conhecimentos
    em Feature Store;
  • Experiência
    com Docker, Kubernetes, EKS, Terraform;
  • Experiência
    com Airflow;
  • Domínio
    com o desenvolvimento de software, de preferência em arquitetura de micros
    serviços;
  • Atenção
    com a qualidade e padronização do código, garantindo legibilidade,
    escalabilidade e performance;
  • Experiência
    em ambiente cloud;
  • Experiência
    com metodologias ágeis e práticas ágeis (Ex: TDD, Pair Programming, CI,
    CD);
  • Conhecimento
    em Git/Github;
  • Desejável
    conhecimento em Infraestrutura para IA Generativa;
  • Desejável
    conhecimento de Bancos Vetoriais;
  • Desejáveis
    conhecimentos em frameworks de Big Data (Hive, Presto e Spark).
