Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Horizonte, CE, for a Healthcare Specialist. The Healthcare Specialist will be responsible for providing essential medical care, assisting in emergency medical situations, ensuring adherence to healthcare protocols, and delivering training as required. The role also involves collaborating with medical teams and maintaining clear communication with patients and staff to ensure optimal care across healthcare services.

Qualifications

  • Experience in emergency medical tasks, such as EMT and critical healthcare activities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with both patients and colleagues
  • Knowledge and practical understanding of Medicine and core healthcare practices
  • Capability to deliver Training sessions to staff or related personnel
  • Ability to work effectively in a team, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification in healthcare, nursing, or a related field
  • Experience in a healthcare or emergency response setting is an advantage
