We're looking for a Chief of Staff / Senior Business Manager to:

• Act as the primary business advisor for strategic and operational management, acting as a trusted partner to senior IT leadership in complex, highly regulated, and matrixed environments.
• Translate strategies into actionable execution, ensuring operational discipline, governance, and process efficiency.
• Support senior leadership in defining and implementing IT strategies, governance routines, and performance monitoring across all business lines, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives involving Finance, HR, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Operations, and Technology.
• Manage business planning, prioritization, and project execution under rigorous governance and risk frameworks.
• Monitor performance against established goals, ensuring transparency and clarity in KPI management.
• Drive organizational transformation processes, including workforce planning, automation, and the adoption of AI-enabled tools.
• Oversee vendors, control budgets, and implement practices to optimize costs and enhance productivity.

You'll be working in the Chief Business Officer team, based out of Sao Paolo at Ave Faria Lima in Brazil.

We provide a huge variety of services to ensure that the WMA streams perform effectively whilst keeping alignment with our strategic priorities.

We work hybrid model.

Your expertise

• Over 10 years of experience in strategic and business management, serving as a senior partner to executive IT leadership in global, highly regulated financial organizations.
• Bachelor's degree in finance or technology, or equivalent certification.
• Proven track record in business planning, prioritization, and execution of complex initiatives under rigorous governance and risk frameworks.
• Experience coordinating executive committees, strategic agendas, and decision-making forums, acting as a trusted advisor to senior IT leadership.
• Strong expertise in financial management, financial planning and analysis, corporate governance, risk mitigation, digital transformation, and organizational restructuring.
• Recognized for operational discipline, analytical capability, and results-driven approach, with a history of performance improvement and process simplification.
• Skilled in vendor negotiation, contract management, cost control, and risk mitigation.
• Excellent communicator with persuasive presentation skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proactive, independent, and highly organized, capable of managing multiple tasks across diverse functions, businesses, and time zones.
• Willingness to travel internationally on occasion.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English
