The Senior FP&A Analyst is responsible for:

• Develop recurring forecasts for sales, orders, and margins by partnering with key stakeholders, including sales teams and business leaders.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to monitor regional performance metrics such as sales, order volume, and pipeline opportunities.
• Perform variance analysis by comparing actual results against forecasts and budgets, identifying key drivers and providing clear, data-driven insights.
• Support monthly financial close processes by preparing journal entries, calculating adjustments, and ensuring timely submission of entries.
• Collaborate with regional commercial finance leadership to contribute to strategic financial initiatives and support decision-making.

This position reports to the Commercial Finance Leader, part of Cytiva Latin America, located in São Paulo One Site Office. This will be a hybrid role, with in-person work three times a week, a rule that may be modified according to company policies.

What will you do:

• Perform variance analyses (actual vs. planned) and identify root causes.
• Act as a business partner for the Commercial, Marketing, and Supply Chain areas and others.
• Optimize planning and analysis processes with the tools provided by the company.
• Consolidate financial information from different business units and countries in the LATAM region.
• Participate in strategic meetings, contributing financial analyses and recommendations.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in planning and analysis processes.

Who you are:

• Required: Experience in financial planning, forecasting process, P&L and results analysis.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields;
• Languages: Intermediate English speaking
• Systems: Proficiency in Excel, knowledge in financial planning tolls is a plus;
• Behavioral Profile: Dynamic, proactive, with organizational skills and analytical abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with teams (business partner profile).
