Esta posição tem como objetivo apoiar as atividades administrativas da equipe LATAM, proporcionando ao(a) estagiário(a) a oportunidade de aprender sobre processos internos, gestão de fornecedores e operações financeiras em um ambiente multinacional. O estágio é focado no desenvolvimento pessoal e profissional, com mentoria e treinamentos voltados para aprimorar conhecimentos e habilidades práticas.

Responsabilidades Principais

  • Auxiliar no suporte administrativo diário à equipe LATAM e aos departamentos internos.
  • Apoiar o processo de pagamentos, incluindo a criação de requisições de compra e acompanhamento de pendências.
  • Organizar e manter a documentação física e digital conforme as políticas internas.
  • Auxiliar no cadastro e atualização de fornecedores nos sistemas corporativos.
  • Atuar como ponto de contato inicial com parceiros e fornecedores externos via e-mail e telefone, sob supervisão.
  • Apoiar o acompanhamento de orçamento, elaboração de relatórios simples e assistência em auditorias internas.
  • Colaborar com equipes multifuncionais, participando de reuniões e projetos para desenvolver habilidades interpessoais.
  • Participar de sessões de treinamento e atividades de desenvolvimento promovidas pela empresa.

Requisitos

  • Estar atualmente matriculado(a) em curso universitário de Administração, Economia, Contabilidade ou áreas correlatas com conclusão do curso à partir de Julho de 2027
  • Interesse em aprender sobre rotinas administrativas, gestão de fornecedores e processos financeiros.
  • Perfil organizado, proativo e com vontade de crescer profissionalmente.
  • Conhecimento básico do pacote Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
  • Comunicação clara em português; inglês e/ou espanhol são diferenciais.
  • Discrição e responsabilidade no manuseio de informações confidenciais.
