Estamos em busca de um(a)
Analista de Facilities
para atuar no planejamento, gestão e manutenção de espaços corporativos. O profissional será responsável por garantir a melhor utilização dos ambientes, coordenando layouts, mobiliários e serviços relacionados à infraestrutura, sempre assegurando a conformidade com normas de segurança e políticas internas.

Principais atividades:

  • Realizar suporte operacional para o programa de Gestão de Espaços (layouts e mobiliários);
  • Administrar serviços de adição, mudança e manutenção de mobiliário;
  • Apoiar o planejamento e preparação de reconfigurações de espaços;
  • Atuar com equipes multifuncionais para otimizar a utilização dos ambientes;
  • Manter registros atualizados de alocação e ocupação dos espaços;
  • Garantir conformidade com normas e regulamentos de segurança;
  • Inspecionar e acionar manutenção para reparação, movimentação, armazenamento e descarte de mobiliário;
  • Gerir inventário de mobiliário de forma econômica e ambientalmente responsável;
  • Acionar reparos em garantia, controlar produtos defeituosos e solicitar restituições;
  • Controlar chaves e fechaduras de mobiliários;
  • Manter e atualizar plantas e sobreposições de utilização de espaços (AutoCAD/ARCHIBUS/Tririga);
  • Fornecer relatórios de indicadores de desempenho (KPI, SLA) e apoiar a elaboração de relatórios gerenciais.

Requisitos:

  • Ensino superior completo ou cursando em Arquitetura ou Design de Interiores;
  • Experiência em atendimento ao público;
  • Conhecimento em AutoCAD, Archibus, Tririga e Pacote Office;
  • Inglês fluente;
  • Diferencial: conhecimento em Mandarim.
