We are looking for a Research & Development Analyst Jr. in Salto, Brazil, responsible for supporting the R&D Supervisor in the development projects for new products (Biocides) and applications for the markets of Home Care, Personal Care, Hygiene, Paints and Coatings and Material Protection.

Job Description

• Develop of new formulations for Biocides, perform accelerated stability tests and analysis for products characterization.
• Participate in technology transfer processes to the plant, in the implementation of new products, and monitor pilot batches and the qualification of new raw materials in partnership with Supply Chain and Quality Management.
• Contribute to the preparation of technical documentation and registrations. Guide and provide necessary support to interns in the area.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering (mandatory)
• Experience in household product formulation and R&D (preferred)
• Ability to prioritize and schedule work assignments.
• Qualities & Attitude: Organized, focused on results and integrity.
• Desirable English-speaking skills (Intermediate)
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
