Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Assistant Manager, based in Londrina, PR, with flexibility for partial remote work. The Assistant Manager will oversee daily operations, manage team workflows, assist in strategic decision-making, and ensure productivity across departments. This role entails collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing performance metrics, streamlining processes, and supporting the development of initiatives that drive organizational success.
