Risk Analyst

We are seeking a Risk Analyst to join our dynamic team in Brazil (São Paolo office), for real-time bet monitoring and market analysis. You'll identify betting patterns, assess risks, and ensure balanced odds, while reporting on market trends and global sporting events.

What you'll be doing:

• Real-time bet monitoring, monitoring betting markets, website, and understanding customer betting patterns in real-time;
• Writing bet notes to document the rationale behind placing a specific bet;
• Assess the decision-making process and identify areas for improvement;
• Escalate real-time issues to the relevant trading teams;
• Minimize unwanted exposure, including integrity concerns;
• Ensure the odds remain in balance to manage risk and to maintain market competitiveness;
• Work collaboratively with the Senior Risk Analyst Team;
• Build awareness of specific customers and profiles of customers that emerge;
• Identify recurring betting patterns and adapt to their strategies;
• Compile /monthly/annual reports;
• Analyze key markets, events, and customers to identify weak spots;
• Following worldwide sporting events;
• Analyzing patterns and issues in each sport;
• Stay informed about rule changes, injuries, and emerging trends that can impact overall results.
