We're Hiring: Junior Recruiter – International Market

We're looking for a driven and people-oriented professional to join our recruitment team The ideal candidate is someone who loves connecting with new people, knows how to spot potential through smart questions, and thrives in a dynamic, goal-driven environment.

What You'll Do:

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates

Conduct interviews (phone & in-person)

Assess and qualify candidates based on interviews and resumes

Be the main point of contact for candidates throughout the process

Meet weekly goals related to calls and emails

What We're Looking For:

Advanced English – you'll be working with global clients like Google, Reddit, GAP, The RealReal, JP Morgan, and more

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organization and attention to detail

High energy, passion, and a drive to exceed targets

Experience with Microsoft Office tools

Location: Bragança Paulista (on-site for the first 3 months, then hybrid)

Vacation: 20 business days per year
