Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen Data Engineer (m/w/d), der mit analytischem Denken und technischem Know-how unsere datenbasierten Prozesse weiter vorantreibt.

Was erwartet Dich bei uns?

  • Du entwickelst skalierbare und zuverlässige Datenprodukte als Grundlage für anwenderorientierte Analysen und Vorhersagemodelle
  • Du konzipierst, testest und implementierst ETL-Strecken auf unserer Data Platform Snowflake
  • Du entwickelst und optimierst Datenmodelle – von der Konzeption bis zur produktiven Nutzung
  • Du analysierst Business-Anforderungen und erstellst daraus technische Konzepte und Dokumentationen
  • Du arbeitest eng mit den Fachbereichen und innerhalb der IT-Organisation an der Weiterentwicklung unserer Lösungen
  • Du überwachst und sicherst die Datenqualität, behebst Fehler und optimierst bestehende Strukturen kontinuierlich
  • Du bringst aktiv neue Ideen ein, um unsere Analytics-Lösungen und datengetriebenen Entscheidungsprozesse stetig zu verbessern.

Was wünschen wir uns?

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung (zB. Lehre, HTL, FH oder Uni) mit Schwerpunkt IT
  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich Data Engineering, Data Analytics oder im Umfeld von Data Warehouses / Big Data
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in SQL – idealerweise ergänzt durch Python und Erfahrung mit API-Schnittstellen
  • Erfahrung mit Tools wie Snowflake, Talend und modernen Analytics-Stacks
  • Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit agilen Methoden (z. B. Scrum) von Vorteil
  • Begeisterung für moderne Themen wie Machine Learning und künstliche Intelligenz
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
