Responsável por transformar dados em insights acionáveis e automações que potencializem a geração de receita e a eficiência das estratégias de Go-to-Market. Atua na criação e manutenção de modelos analíticos, dashboards e réguas de contato automatizadas, garantindo qualidade dos dados, consistência nas métricas e suporte estratégico para Produto, Marketing e Vendas.
Conduzir análises e automações que conectem o comportamento do cliente ao desempenho dos produtos, possibilitando decisões rápidas e precisas sobre monetização, engajamento e retenção. O cargo tem como objetivo central apoiar a liderança e os PMs na gestão de indicadores-chave de receita e no desenho de estratégias de conversão, garantindo que a empresa maximize valor por cliente e por produto.
Sistematizar views de Product Analytics (evento feature produto
- receita)
- para PMs e liderança.
- Modelar e publicar views/marts (SQL) com métricas de monetização:
- ativação, adoção, funil, cohort, retenção, LTV/NRR, ARPU, take rate e receita
- por produto/feature.
- Consolidar múltiplas views em views estratégicas executivas (comparativos
- por produto/linha, tendências e alertas).
- Automatizar contatos com clientes (e-mail/WhatsApp/CRM) visando
- conversão e GTM: segmentação, réguas por estágio, testes A/B e medição de
- lift.
- Apoiar a governança de tracking (plano de eventos, nomenclatura, qualidade,
- D-1 nas tabelas críticas).
- Parceria com Produto/Marketing/Vendas para métricas de sucesso de
- Lançamentos e instrumentação de dashboards.
