YOUR ROLE
Service Desk Agent - Dutch will be responsible for providing hands-on support in Dutch within the healthcare IT industry for PACS products. This role involves following processes that drive improvement and quality and effectively communicating complex information in a well-structured manner. The agent will establish solid relationships through excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the customers.
YOUR PROFILE
- High School specialized in technical subjects, IT qualification obtained through a private course or related field.
- Strong proficiency in Dutch and English (written and spoken).
- 2+ years of experience in IT.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Self-starter and proactive attitude.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Customer focused attitude and previous experience working with customers.
- Hours of working: Should be available to work in shifts. Shift schedule shall be provided a month in advance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity of working on PACS products and PACS product knowledge.
- Experience or knowledge of concepts like DICOM, HL7, Integrating the Healthcare Enterprise (IHE), and Radiology Workflow 15.
- Familiarity with databases (Oracle preferred), SQL.
- Knowledge of IT Security Policies and Standards.
- Bachelors degree in Computer science or equivalent is preferred.
