Position Type: Part Time
- Responsibilities: The Financial Aid Assistant will support the Financial Aid Office with the following:
- Answering phone calls
- Meet with students to guide students through the financial aid application process
- Process student forms using the College's system
- Assist with the completion of verification files
- Other duties as assigned
- Requires occasional work on Saturdays and attendance at student Financial Aid workshops.
- Location: Primarily based at Bethlehem Campus 3 days and Pocono Campus 2 days located in Tannersville, PA.
Qualifications:
- Education: Associate degree preferred
- Skills:
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Professional demeanor when working with staff, faculty, students, and their families
- Demonstrated flexibility
- Bilingual in Spanish and English REQUIRED
