E-commerce Operations Junior Analyst, 2026 Graduate
We are looking for newly graduated professionals who are can give fresh and bold insights for strategies and solutions and in exchange we offer a great development opportunity for learning and carreer growth.
The starting date would be for 2026 after getting the Bachelor's degree.
Job Responsibilities
- Monitor the sales, operations, and promotional activities of the company's products on e-commerce platforms, assisting on ensuring smooth daily operations and optimal performance.
- Assist on market analysis based on product characteristics and target consumer profiles, including product selection, pricing strategy, promotional planning, and marketing execution for the assigned e-commerce platform.
- Monitor operational KPIs, collect and analyze operational data, providing optimization solutions to improve efficiency and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, and Logistics, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
- Keep track of industry trends, competitor activities, and platform updates to help identifying business opportunities and provide insight to develop actionable strategies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business Analytics, E-commerce, or related fields is preferred
- Strong logical thinking and data analysis skills; proficient in using data analysis tools and software, as well as preparing statistical reports
- Excellent communication and learning abilities, with a strong sense of teamwork, responsibility, and ownership
- Strong problem-solving skills in time-sensitive situations and adapt to fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Proficiency in English as a working language; fluency in a second language is a plus
- Passion for e-commerce, digital marketing, and emerging online retail trends
