Job Title: Associate Principal Architecture

Location: São Paulo, Brazil (Hybrid)

Start date: Immediate

We are seeking an Associate Principal – Architecture with solid technical expertise and proven experience in team leadership. This role combines strategic cloud architecture design with hands-on modernization and migration practices. The ideal candidate will be cloud-focused, capable of driving Azure-based solutions and ensuring performance, scalability, and security across enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • • Lead modernization and migration initiatives to Azure PaaS platforms (App Service, Functions, AKS, Container Instances).
  • • Optimize hosting configurations and ensure application performance.
  • • Guide and manage technical teams (5+ members), providing architectural direction.
  • • Design Azure Landing Zones and target-state architectures aligned with business needs.
  • • Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Data Platform, DevOps, and Integration teams to ensure best practices.
  • • Assess application performance pre- and post-migration.

Technical Requirements

  • • 13+ years of experience in application development and modernization.
  • • Hands-on experience hosting and configuring applications on IIS and Azure PaaS.
  • • Expertise in containerization and hosting on Kubernetes (AKS).
  • • Strong understanding of application architecture, dependencies, and integrations.
  • • Knowledge of database connectivity and configurations.
  • • Ability to troubleshoot and optimize Azure PaaS environments.
