Overview:

• Shifts at our St. Luke's Central Plaza start at 5:00am and work from 1:30pm to 2:30 pm. 
• Full-Time and Part Time shifts available
• The Central Plaza is open from Sunday-Friday. No Saturdays

What you can expect from this role:

• Catering Experience is preferred
• Prepares and cooks foods according to recipe standards utilizing basic culinary techniques. Prepares food ensuring that strict safety standards are followed.
• Determines food quantities and requirements needed and plans maximum utilization of ingredients, food and leftovers.
• Plans, pulls and preps ingredients as needed.
• Adheres to all food hygiene and health and safety requirements in order to meet regulatory and company standards.
• May order and stock inventory for the department.
• Resolves routine questions, issues and problems; refers more complex issues to higher levels.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
