Advogado Sênior - Foco em Contratos - São Paulo/SP
Responsabilidades
Você será responsável pela elaboração, análise e negociação de contratos, aditivos, distratos, notificações e demais documentos relacionados à operação da empresa.
Será responsável pela elaboração e revisão de minutas-padrão, elaboração de pareceres jurídicos complexos, relatórios gerenciais, aplicação de treinamentos internos, proposição e implementação de melhorias em fluxos internos, orientação e desenvolvimento de advogados juniores e estagiários.
Principais responsabilidades:
Elaborar e revisar contratos, aditivos, distratos, notificações e demais documentos relacionados às operações da empresa;
Emitir pareceres jurídicos e relatórios gerenciais;
Atuar no desenvolvimento técnico dos advogados juniores e estagiários.
Qualificações
- Graduação em Direito com registro OAB;
- Formação em faculdade de primeira linha;
- Inglês fluente;
- Sólida experiência, técnica jurídica para análise de contratos de média / alta complexidade e atuação consultiva em departamentos jurídicos internos de empresas;
- Disponibilidade para atuar em São Paulo/SP (Faria Lima).
